Implementation draft · Owner and legal review is pending before public production use. These documents describe the application as implemented and do not certify legal compliance.

1. A record-keeping tool

WealthLens is a personal finance management and analytics application. It is not a bank, broker, investment adviser or regulated financial institution. No regulatory authorization or certification is claimed.

2. No real money moves

Income, expenses and transfers are records you enter manually. The application does not connect to a bank or execute payments, transfers or trades. Savings-goal contributions earmark an amount in the application; they do not transfer real money or change account balances.

3. No personalized financial advice

Charts, summaries and contextual insights provide information based on entered records. They are not personalized investment, tax, accounting, legal or financial advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a prediction of future returns. Independently verify important decisions and consult an appropriately qualified professional when needed.

4. Calculations depend on your inputs

Opening balances, transaction dates, amounts, account assignments and categories determine the results. Missing, duplicate or incorrect entries can affect every related summary. One base currency is used per profile; no foreign-exchange conversion is performed.

Account balance is opening balance plus income minus expenses plus incoming transfers minus outgoing transfers. Internal transfers do not count as income or expense. Budgets count relevant expenses; goal contributions do not change balances. Charts may use display-only numeric approximations, while monetary totals use exact minor-unit values.

5. Informational reports

Reports are summaries of the records, not bank statements, audited accounts, tax filings or evidence of actual assets. Compare significant figures with your original records. An unavailable percentage with a zero denominator is intentionally shown as unavailable rather than invented.

6. Keep independent records

Cookie storage is capacity-limited and is not reliable long-term financial storage. Browser deletion, expiry, shared-device access, corruption or software changes may affect records. Keep your authoritative financial information elsewhere and protect any exports you choose to retain.
